so apparently i signed a decline for a "sliding scale fee" for my doctor visit
which i normally do because my insurance covered it

now i find out becuase i did that, the $565 price tag for my dentures no longer 
applies...

It's going to go up, i know it is.
I got to bring in my award letter for my disability so i can get BACK on the 
sliding scale fee so i can get my dentures at a *reasonable* price

why didnt the receptionist explain to me that by SIGNING the GODDAMNED PAPER
it would effect my DENTURE PRICE?????????????????????????
