today i drank my first ever hawaiian coffee

and its a mixed bag

first off the taste is just ok
not what i expected
its a medium roast whole bean coffee

that being said, i expected a lot from this coffee

the brand is called royal kona coffee

the taste is light and has hints of citrus fruit
with the finish just a bit cocoa
not chocolate! cocoa

the mouthfeel is light and easily drinkable
not bitter

overall, its a hit or miss
ill give it an 8/10

its not what i expected but it is a good coffee

i doubt my stepdad, 
who is currently drinking maxwell house 100% columbian
would appriciate this coffee's complexities and nuances

but i digress, im still brewing him some
and his friend.
